Captiwate's take

Chili Piper is the best tool in this category for inbound-heavy teams. Their Concierge product is genuinely excellent — a lead submits a form and immediately sees available time slots. No follow-up email, no wait. The downside is cost and complexity: it's expensive for smaller teams and requires real RevOps effort to configure routing rules properly.
