Does Landbot let a human talk to the visitor?
Yes, as a step in the flow. A Human Takeover block assigns the conversation to an online agent, the visitor gets a text input and the agent replies from Landbot’s shared inbox; if nobody is online the flow continues down its fallback path. Each agent uses a seat (1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 3 on Professional, €25/month each beyond that). Captiwate is built the other way round: the rep is the default for identified, high-intent visitors, with chat, live video and co-browsing in one click, and AI chat takes over after hours.
Can Captiwate build chatbot flows or run on WhatsApp like Landbot?
Captiwate is not a bot builder and does not run on WhatsApp or Messenger. AI chat is trained on your website and answers, qualifies and books meetings 24/7 on your site, and automation flows handle routing and qualification for your team. Both are. Landbot is a European company (HELLO UMI S.L., Barcelona) hosted on Google Cloud in Belgium; it lists GDPR, a SOC 2 report available under NDA and a DPA on request, and does not list ISO 27001 or CCPA.
