Visitor Queue sold you the list. Captiwate talks to the visitor.
Visitor Queue was a low-cost feed of the companies visiting your site, priced by how many it identified each month. Since January 2026 it belongs to Leadinfo and visitorqueue.com redirects there. Captiwate identifies companies and people with no cap — and then lets your team chat, call or video-call them while they’re still on the page.
Where Captiwate is different
The queue is where Visitor Queue stopped
Visitor Queue turned anonymous traffic into a queue of visiting companies with decision-maker contacts, pushed to your CRM for follow-up later. Leadinfo, its new owner, does the same. Captiwate does the identification and then lets your team chat, call or video-call the visitor while they’re still on the page, with AI chat covering the hours nobody is online.
The company behind the IP, not the person on the page
Visitor Queue matched IP addresses to companies; Leadinfo’s GDPR page states that “an identification of the persons concerned does not take place”. The names it shows are decision-makers looked up from a database, who may never have visited. Captiwate identifies the visiting company and, where lawful, the person actually on the page, so reps know who they are talking to before they say hello.
No bands, no cap, no forced move
Visitor Queue priced by unique companies identified per month, and since January 2026 its customers are being moved onto Leadinfo’s euro-priced bands. Captiwate is one number — your monthly visitors — from $15,000/year, with unlimited seats, conversations and identified companies on every plan.
Feature comparison: Captiwate vs Visitor Queue
Visitor Queue was a company-level identification tool that fed lead queues, Slack and your CRM; Leadinfo, where its customers are being moved, is the same kind of tool. Captiwate covers the identification and adds the layer that talks to the visitor. Where a Visitor Queue fact is no longer online, the row shows Leadinfo’s published position.

Last verified: 2026-09-04. visitorqueue.com now redirects to leadinfo.com, so Visitor Queue’s own pricing and feature pages could not be checked; its last published prices are taken from third-party listings (Tekpon, Capterra, SyncGTM) and Leadinfo facts from leadinfo.com/en/pricing, its FAQ, GDPR page, Leadbot page and help centre. Feature availability as published by each vendor; “not listed publicly” means we could not find it on their pages.
Pricing: per company identified vs. one number
Visitor Queue priced a single plan by how many unique companies it identified in a month, and its customers are now moving to Leadinfo’s euro-priced bands of the same shape. Captiwate sells annual plans on a single number — your monthly visitors — with nothing metered on top.
- Grow: $15,000/year, up to 20,000 monthly visitors
- Scale: $30,000/year, 20,000–100,000 monthly visitors
- Unlimited: Custom, 100,000+ monthly visitors
Billed annually. Unlimited seats, conversations, identified companies and co-browsing on every plan.
- 100 unique companies/month: $31/month billed annually
- 300 unique companies/month: $89/month, or $71 billed annually
- 500 unique companies/month: $109/month, or $87 billed annually
- 1,000 unique companies/month: $189/month, or $151 billed annually
- 2,000 unique companies/month: $299/month, or $239 billed annually; custom above
- Website personalisation add-on: $199/month, or $159 billed annually
- Since January 2026: new customers buy Leadinfo — from €49/month billed annually (€59 monthly) for up to 50 companies, up to €599/month at 2,000
Visitor Queue no longer publishes prices; USD figures are its last plans as recorded by third-party listings (Tekpon, SyncGTM; Capterra lists each monthly tier about $10 higher), verified 2026-09-04. Unlimited users and websites on every tier; 14-day trial, no card. Leadinfo figures from leadinfo.com/en/pricing on the same date.
Which one fits your motion?
For a small team that only wants the list, Visitor Queue was — and Leadinfo is — far cheaper. Pick by what you want to happen once a company is identified.
“One thing that should get any business excited about Captiwate is when there is a call coming from a visitor. A user is calling the website — that is pretty cool, and that is the dopamine hit.”
Frequently asked questions
Can I migrate from Visitor Queue to Captiwate?
Yes. Captiwate takes care of teams coming from Visitor Queue financially and during the move — including teams who would otherwise be migrated onto Leadinfo. Setup is a single JavaScript snippet; you connect HubSpot or Salesforce, point alerts at Slack or Teams and rebuild your Visitor Queue lead queues as Captiwate traffic segments and automation flows. Bring your current Visitor Queue setup to a 30-minute walkthrough and leave with a plan.
What happened to Visitor Queue?
On 20 January 2026 Leadinfo, a team.blue brand based in the Netherlands, announced it had acquired Visitor Queue, the Canadian visitor-identification company. As of 4 September 2026 visitorqueue.com redirects to leadinfo.com, Visitor Queue’s pricing and product pages are no longer online, and existing customers are being moved onto the Leadinfo platform. Leadinfo says its priority is “a smooth transition to maintain customer support and product continuity”. New customers sign up with Leadinfo directly.
How does Visitor Queue pricing compare to Captiwate’s?
Visitor Queue no longer publishes prices. Third-party listings recorded its last plans as priced by unique companies identified per month: from about $31/month billed annually for 100 companies, $89/month for 300, $109 for 500, $189 for 1,000 and $299 for 2,000, with 20% off for annual billing, unlimited users and websites on every tier, a 14-day trial and website personalisation as a $199/month add-on (Tekpon and SyncGTM; Capterra lists each monthly tier about $10 higher). Leadinfo, where Visitor Queue customers are being moved, is priced the same way in euros: from €49/month billed annually for up to 50 companies, rising by band to €599/month at 2,000. For a small team that only wants the list, either is far cheaper than Captiwate. Captiwate is annual and priced on monthly visitors: Grow is $15,000/year up to 20,000 visitors, Scale is $30,000/year up to 100,000, Unlimited is custom — with unlimited seats, conversations and identified companies included.
Does Visitor Queue identify people, or only companies?
Only companies. Visitor Queue matched a visitor’s IP address to a company and then showed decision-makers at that company from a database — people who may never have visited your site. Leadinfo works the same way and says so on its GDPR page: it processes “pseudonymous IP addresses that are linked to companies” and “an identification of the persons concerned does not take place”. Captiwate identifies the visiting company and, where lawful, the person on the page, and shows your reps that context before they start a chat, a video call or a co-browsing session.
Is Captiwate GDPR compliant, like Leadinfo?
Yes. Captiwate is GDPR and CCPA compliant, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and offers customizable data-privacy options to meet the needs of your customers. Leadinfo is ISO 27001 certified, hosts its data on AWS in Ireland and asks each customer to choose consent or legitimate interest as their legal basis; it does not list SOC 2 on its pages. Visitor Queue’s own privacy and security pages are no longer online.
Is there a free trial?
No, a free trial is not available today. We offer a fully customized demo built around your website, so you can see how Captiwate would work on your live site before committing.
Do I need a developer to set up Captiwate?
No. Adding Captiwate is a single JavaScript snippet, similar to Google Analytics. Our team handles the full setup and most customers are live within minutes — no engineering resources required.
