Where the number goes instead

The leak is not a traffic problem. It is the gap between a buyer reading your pricing page and anyone knowing they were there. Captiwate closes it in three moves:

  • 01Identify the company and person behind the visit — before any form.
  • 02Start a live video or chat conversation while they’re still on the page; the AI covers the hours nobody is online.
  • 03Route the hot ones to the right rep in Slack or Teams and book the meeting on the spot.

Methodology & questions

How does the calculator work?

It walks your monthly traffic down a funnel: B2B share → visits matched to a company → companies that fit your ICP → the ones showing buying intent → the ones you actually talk to today. What is left is the high-intent traffic that leaves without a conversation. Multiplying the conversations a real-time approach would reach by your deal size gives pipeline; your close rate turns that into revenue. Every ratio is an editable assumption.

Where do the default ratios come from?

They are conservative planning defaults, not benchmarks: 16% of B2B visits matched to a company, 15% ICP fit, 20% showing intent, and a 12% real-time conversation rate. Slide them to your own numbers — the point is to see the order of magnitude, not a forecast.

Why does response time matter so much?

78% of customers buy from the first person who reaches out. Every hour between a buyer’s pricing-page visit and your reply is time in which a competitor can answer first. The calculator flags anything over five minutes.

What happens when I email myself the results?

We send the numbers to the address you enter and keep them so the demo can start from your model. No newsletter sign-up, no sequence — one email.

What does Captiwate change in this model?

It moves the “visitors you talk to today” number: visitors are identified, the hot ones trigger a live video or chat conversation while they are still on the page, and the AI covers the hours nobody is online. Response time drops from hours to seconds.
