Captiwate's take

Typeform proved that the format of a form matters as much as the fields in it. The one-question-at-a-time approach consistently outperforms traditional multi-field forms for completion rate. It's particularly strong for qualification surveys, demo request flows, and event registrations. The limitation is that it's still a form — it captures intent but doesn't engage it. A qualified lead that fills out a Typeform still waits for a human to follow up. That delay is where Captiwate plays.
