Captiwate's take

Intercom started as a sales tool and evolved into a full customer communications platform. It's excellent if you want one tool covering sales chat, onboarding, and support. The tradeoff is that it tries to do everything, which means the sales-specific features aren't as deep as dedicated tools like Qualified. Note: pricing is per seat plus $0.99 per Fin AI resolution, which can make the real monthly bill significantly higher than the base seat cost.
