TeamViewer reviewed

What TeamViewer does
TeamViewer is the world's most widely used remote access platform with built-in cobrowsing — a reliable choice for IT support teams that want cobrowsing alongside remote desktop in a single enterprise-grade tool.
Key features
Browser-based cobrowsing without customer downloads
Remote desktop access alongside cobrowsing in one platform
Annotation and pointer tools for guided sessions
Enterprise-grade security with end-to-end encryption
Integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and major ITSM tools
Captiwate's take
TeamViewer is the most widely recognised remote access tool in the world, and its cobrowsing capability is a natural extension of that. For IT support teams already using TeamViewer for remote desktop, the cobrowsing feature is a no-brainer add-on. For pure-play cobrowsing use cases in sales or customer success, it's not the specialist tool — Cobrowse.io or Fullview will serve better. But for enterprise IT and helpdesk environments, TeamViewer's brand recognition and reliability are hard to argue with.
