Captiwate's take

Zoho Assist's cobrowsing is a solid, affordable option for teams already in the Zoho ecosystem. It's not the most feature-rich standalone cobrowsing tool — the annotation and control features are more basic than Cobrowse.io or Surfly — but the tight integration with Zoho CRM and the affordable pricing make it a natural choice for SMBs that don't want to add another vendor. Outside of Zoho, the case for it weakens considerably.
